We recently provided legal advice relating to the indirect acquisition of the shares of a debtor company by the Hungarian state as part of a corporate recovery scheme. We have also represented debtor companies in negotiations with creditors on their restructuring agreements and unsecured creditors in transactions looking to secure the involvement of the debtors' customers. We have advised managers in connection with a restructuring scheme aiming at the recovery of a major Hungarian confectionery company.
