Our recent contentious employment work includes advising a client on non-compete payment claims and representing a major outsourcing company in connection with unlawful termination as well as overtime payment claims. Currently we represent multinational companies as employers in two separate litigations launched by former executives claiming unlawful termination of their agreements.
