The employment practice group recently advised a global financial services provider on employee transfer issues as well as a complex redundancy project. We also advised a multinational company in relation to the offering of its mother company’s listed shares to employees as part of an employee incentive scheme. We recently advised a multinational retail company on documentation of working time of its executive employees. We also advised another multinational company on a policy regulating their employees’ use of personal IT devices during their work. Our recent contentious employment work includes advising a client on non-compete payment claims and representing a major outsourcing company in connection with unlawful termination as well as overtime payment claims. Currently we represent multinational companies as employers in two separate litigations launched by former executives claiming unlawful termination of their agreements.
