We are also frequently involved in disputes in other jurisdictions with Hungarian legal aspects where we act in conjunction with local counsel.
Many of our lawyers are particularly experienced in employment litigation matters concerning a wide range of issues including unlawful termination, overtime payment or bonus claims. Our recent contentious employment work includes advising a global financial services provider on non-compete payment claims and representing a major outsourcing company in connection with unlawful termination and overtime payment claims.
We have expertise in handling a broad spectrum of commercial and corporate litigation matters. Recently we successfully represented a market leading company in a dispute with its distributor which violated non-compete obligations, as well as advising a major company in several cases involving disputes over the validity of the company’s general terms and conditions.

He is also frequently involved in disputes in other jurisdictions with Hungarian legal aspects in which the firm acts in conjunction with local counsel. He has represented all kinds of corporate clients in insolvency cases, both secured and unsecured creditors, debtor companies and companies seeking business opportunities through the recovery of debtor companies.
